Residential Group Home
Direct Support Professional
Our residential DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals living in our group homes. This position involves helping residents with daily living skills, participating in activities, ensuring safety, and offering emotional support. DSPs are an essential part of creating a stable, respectful, and engaging home environment for every individual we serve.
Community Waiver
Direct Support Professional
Direct Support Professionals in our Community Waiver Program provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. DSPs assist with daily living skills, transportation, community engagement, goal-focused activities, and promoting independence in everyday life. This role is highly person-centered and focuses on helping individuals remain safe, active, and empowered within their community.
CACFP/Center
Cafeteria Assistant
Cafeteria Assistants support our Nutrition Administrator in preparing and serving daily breakfast and lunch while keeping kitchen operations organized and compliant. This role includes assisting with meal prep, inventory, ordering, and CACFP documentation, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. It’s a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys being part of a team that helps provide nutritious meals to the individuals we serve.
